At True Life Chiropractic, we offer a variety of services including chiropractic care, massage therapy, spinal decompression, neuropathy therapy, red light therapy, and wellness programs. Pricing varies depending on insurance coverage, treatment plans, and programs. We offer insurance billing, discount membership pricing through Chiropractic Health USA (CHUSA), and financing through CareCredit.

Chiropractic Health USA (CHUSA)

CHUSA is a discount medical plan that allows patients to receive reduced pricing on services and programs.

CHUSA Membership: $49 per year (covers entire family)

Patients save more than the membership cost within the first visit.

CareCredit Financing

We accept CareCredit financing for treatment plans, decompression programs, neuropathy programs, weight loss programs, and wellness programs.

Our team will verify your benefits and explain coverage before treatment whenever possible.

Auto Accident Insurance (MedPay)

If you were involved in a car accident, your auto insurance policy may include Medical Payments Coverage (MedPay), which can be used to cover chiropractic care and treatment related to your accident injuries.

Our office accepts MedPay for chiropractic and related therapies.

If you do not have MedPay coverage, payment for services is due at the time of service. We can provide detailed receipts and documentation that you may submit to your auto insurance company or attorney for possible reimbursement.

If you are unsure whether your auto insurance includes MedPay coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your benefits.

Pricing 

At True Life Chiropractic, we believe everyone should have access to quality chiropractic care, massage therapy, and wellness services. Our team will review all costs and payment options with you before starting care so you know exactly what to expect.

Exams

• New Patient Exam: $145 – $275 (CHUSA $100)
• Re-Exam: $140 – $225 (CHUSA $100)

Chiropractic Adjustments

• Chiropractic Adjustment: $65 – $130 (CHUSA $50)

Massage Therapy (97124)

• 60 Minutes: $320 (CHUSA $120)
• 90 Minutes: $480 (CHUSA $180)
• 120 Minutes: $640 (CHUSA $240)

Manual Therapy (97140)

• Manual Therapy: $92 per unit (CHUSA $75)

Manual therapy may include muscle work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and joint mobilization depending on the treatment plan.

• Electrical Stimulation: $50 (CHUSA $20)
• Infrared Therapy: $20 (CHUSA $10)
• Ultrasound Therapy: $42 (CHUSA $20)
• Therapeutic Exercise: $100 (CHUSA $50)
• Neuromuscular Re-education: $100 (CHUSA $50)

Spinal Decompression

• Mechanical Traction / Decompression: $50 (CHUSA $20)

Red Light Therapy

• Red Light Bed (15 minutes): $40 (CHUSA $20)
• Light Therapy Face: $15
• InvisaRed: $100 per session

Neuropathy & Circulation Therapy

• Lymphatic / Circulation Therapy: $30 (CHUSA $15)

Nutrition & Wellness

• Dietary Counseling: $35 (CHUSA $20)

Orthotics & Support Products

• Custom Orthotics: $300 (CHUSA $250)
